Photographs

All the photographs used on this site are of our own products and are a best attempt to illustrate the item accurately. Dichroic glass is notoriously difficult to photograph so any individual item will look a little different from the photograph on the web site.

Some items (particularly bowls and coasters) are made with art glasses which exhibit random patterning so every piece will be different; this is always indicated.

Delivery

We will endeavour to dispatch all items within a few working days, as per the PayPal requirements. We are a small (two person) craft business so occasionally some of our stock items may be out of stock or in short supply; in this case we will notify you straight away with an estimate of despatch date.

Returns policy

We make all our items to the highest quality we can, so in the case of a fault we will repair, replace or refund. For jewellery pieces we appreciate that dichroic glass does not photograph well so if you are disappointed with the actual item we will replace or refund. For non-jewellery items we believe the photographs are reliable; if you are disappointed with an item we will refund or replace but we reserve the right to make a small restocking charge.

Cookies

A new EU directive has come into force concerning cookies. The directive requires websites to obtain the user's consent before using cookies except for the essential functioning of the site. The intention is to prevent 'tracking' cookies which invade the user's privacy. This site does not use cookies except in the PayPal shopping functionality (which is allowed under the directive and is entirely outside our control) and, possibly, by Google Analytics for page counting. At the present time, there is no standard method of complying with the directive.
